Problem:
Brittleness is normally caused through degredation of the material or sharp corners and weld points.

Solution:

1. Reduce melt temperature.
2. Check for contamination.
3. Check moisture content of the material.
4. Decrease regrind level.
5. Radii sharp corners & notch points.
6. Adjust the feed or wall thickness to change the position of weld lines.
